Damian was great! We found our home at an open house. Damian was actually on his honeymoon when I contacted him. He got our offer submitted while out of town. Katie was very knowledgable about the current hous...Katie was very knowledgable about the current housing market and assisted me every step of the process of buying a home in Jacksonville. Even though I was searching for a house from Indiana, she was able to meet with my local family and take me on countless virtual showings. It was helpful to get her perspective and thoughts on the houses, especially when she would compare them to other houses that we had seen. One time she even drew me a layout so I could understand it! She helped us craft competitive housing bids and always wanted to get them submitted at least a day before deadlines, if possible. She was very diligent and worked at the craziest hours for me! She was very positive and encouraging all along the way, even as we had a couple of bids that we lost. In the end, she helped us secure the house that would fit my family's needs best! The KST Group were wonderful to work with. They helped me find a home that suited my needs quickly, assisted with logistics - as I was not in the area yet, and provided locally based contractors to help me following my close. I'd highly recommend using them.
